Seth McFarlane is the undisputed king of television, or at least Fox Television, and his first big film _Ted_ was a huge hit for good reason: it was great. His second effort, the western comedy _”A Million Ways To Die In The West”_ is out this year and here are some character posters he released on twitter this morning.

Can we just take a step back and look at how impressive this cast is? Seriously. Here’s hoping for a Mark Wahlberg cameo as well.

The story is apparently that a farmer, McFarlane, backs out of a gunfight, which in turn costs him his girlfriend, and then joins up with a mysterious woman who has an evil outlaw boyfriend (I’m presuming that she and the boyfriend will lead him to courage or some such). Sounds a little like something I’ve seen before but it’s Seth McFarlane so I’m willing to posit that even if it is? It’ll be funny enough to warrant watching.

A Million Ways To Die In The West opens 30th May. Fair odds there’ll be a trailer sooner than later.
