The “defining chapter of The Lord of The Rings” happens to be called “The Hobbit” despite not having much Hobbit.
Look I don’t want to say that htis trailer is bad but seriously, blonk and you’ll miss Bilbo here. Lots of dragon, lots of people fighting, and the only dialogue from Bard and Thorin and Pippin singing from The Return of the King.
Are The Hobbit movies really doing so poorly that they ahve to market them as Lord of the Rings movies or is this just an extension of Peter Jackson really really wanting to make Lord of the Rings prequels rather than Hobbit movies?
The Hobbit: Battle of Five Armies comes out, Hobbit or no, in December.
