‘The Hobbit: Battle of The Five Armies’ Comic Con Trailer Doesn’t Have Much Hobbit In It
The “defining chapter of The Lord of The Rings” happens to be called “The Hobbit” despite not having much Hobbit.
First Poster for ‘The Hobbit: The Battle of The Five Armies’ Features Dragon But No Hobbit
_The Hobbit: The desolation of Smaug_ was a long movie titled “The Hobbit” which didn’t feature much of the titular hobbit. If this poster is any indication the concluding film in the series will be much the same.
It’s an awesome poster though.
The Hobbit 3 Officially Gets Retitled
This has been brewing for a while and I never posted about it, but now it’s actually happened so here you go. _The Hobbit: There and Back Again_ has officially been renamed _The Hobbit: The Battle of Five Armies_. Which makes sense for a couple of reasons. Hit the jump to see Peter Jackson’s reasoning and some commentary.
The Hobbit Trilogy Has Cost Roughly All The Money: $561 Million SO FAR
Yeah, you read that right. The running total on the production cost of The Hobbit trilogy is at $561 million dollars so far.
