Just one season and one movie short of six seasons and a movie.

[Entertainment Weekly](http://insidetv.ew.com/2014/05/09/community-cancelled/) has the news. This isn’t the first time the show has faced cancellation, it was nearly cancelled after season 3 and again after season 4 but the show never really recovered from the weak fourth season (without creator Dan Harmon).

There’s always hope though because Sony Pictures TV is looking for a new home. Netflix, we’re looking at you.
