Crystal Dynamics used the Microsoft E3 conference to announce the follow-up to *Tomb Raider*, their franchise reboot that became [my favourite game of 2013](https://awesomefriday.ca/2013/12/simons-best-games-and-movies-of-the-year/). Excited! Read on for the first trailer.

However, as excited as I am to continue Lara’s journey, *Rise Of The Tomb Raider* is a spectacularly terrible title. I mean, I can see what they were going for, but it just sounds so bad. Here’s hoping that they change it quickly.

Aside from that I’m already counting down the hours until “Holiday’ (urgh) 2015. Might be time for a replay of the first!
