The first full trailer for Guardians of the Galaxy is finally online! We get a better sense of the characters, dialogue from Rocket, and the to hear Grott say “I am Groot”, all set to more classic rock. Let’s watch!
As if I weren’t pumped up enough for this film. Lots of good character moments here, including it being fairly clear that it’s Starlord who brings the team together (or at least sells them on not splitting up), that grout is likely the heart of the team (see the scene with the spores (?) coming out of his arm and giving a flower to a little girl), and that Rocket will likely have the best one liners. Obviously.
Great shot of Gelnn Close in there too as head of the Nova Corps and another great moment with John C. Reilly at the end.
My only question: **IS IT 1ST OF AUGUST YET?**
