Another result of the ongoing worldwide pandemic, No Time To Die has officially been delayed again until April 2nd, 2021.
Deadline has the news on this delay, which puts No Time To Die a full year later than its original April 2020 release date. I can’t say that I didn’t see this coming, because of course it was coming. COVID-19 ramping up for a fall resurgence, and with the US … uh…. let’s say struggling to deal with it, one of the main box office markets is severely impacted, and I’m surprised that there’s anything even left on the schedule, to be honest.
An added wrinkle is that many of the promotional tie ins for No Time To Die have already started, so it’ll be interesting to see how those business relationships end up sorting themselves out.
I sincerely doubt this will be the last news of a COVID related delay, so keep an eye on the blog for more updates as they happen.
