I love Joseph Gordon-Levitt. He’s a brilliant actor and he’s been in some of my favourite films of the last few years. Now he’s taken a step behind the camera and wrote, directed and starred in Don Jon, a movie that looks like it might be seriously good.

So a movie about a guy addicted to porn, in love with a beautiful woman, with a messed up family, and features a tough guy singing Good Vibrations. Yeah, sure, I’m in.

I really hope this is good. I really hope Joseph Gordon-Levitt is as good a director a he is an actor. If nothing else though the strength of the cast might carry this one, right down to Channing Tatum and Anne Hathaway in the background.
