It actually looks like Hellblazer!

Good news everyone! It really does look like Hellblazer! Matt Ryan is pretty much spot on as John Constantine and the dark tone looks pretty much in tact, plus the irreverence of Constantine is intact. My only hope is that they don’t stick to simply heaven and hell (as the Keanu Reeves movie did) but stick to the comics interpretation of a world where every supernatural being that has been believed in exists.

I don’t know if the series will end up being good but given the look and the quality of the effects in this trailer I’m more than willing to give it a chance. Constantine will première sometime this coming fall.
