Bryan Singer Instagrams Page One of ‘X-Men: Apocalypse’ Treatment, Confirms Four Horsemen

X-Men: Apocalypse

I mean, obviously.

Now if you’re up on X-Men then this is non-news since Apocalypse and the Four Horsemen pretty much go hand in hand.

If you’re not up on them, Apocalypse is the biggest bad mutant there is and periodically he takes other mutants and twists them into henchmen based on the biblical four horseman of the apocalypse (see what he did there?). The first time readers saw this happen it was Angel (who appeared in _The Last Stand_ played by Ben Foster) who was turned into Death, replacing his wings with mechanical razor-sharp wings.

Wolverine has also become Death in the past and so that’s what I’d bet will happen this time. At the end of the last film Wolverine clearly doesn’t have Adamantium on this bones so this is a quick easy way to get Adamantium back on his bones (which again, happened in the comics.

_X-Men: Apocalypse_ is out in May 2016. Rest assured that we’ll have plenty of opportunity to speculate on what happens between now and then.
